How to Join the campaign?

General Rules
- AIMSCAP Global Championship Series (“campaign”) is organised by AIMSCAP.
- The campaign starts on 1 November 2022 and ends on 31 December 2022.
- The campaign is open to both existing and new clients of AIMSCAP.
- Individuals of the legal age of at least 18 years old are eligible to participate in the campaign.
- Anyone who registered for the campaign will be deemed to have understood these rules.
Participation Criteria
- To redeem the prize, the participant must fill in the redemption form after achieving the targeted trading volume.
- Only closed lot trades are counted.
- Once the targeted trading volume is achieved, the participant can only redeem one prize. Using more than one trading account for the campaign will result in automatic disqualification.
- Transfers of funds between accounts are not considered deposits. Only fresh funding during the campaign period qualifies for a prize.
- Only standard account types are eligible for this campaign.
- The participants may use any strategy except for arbitrage (trade balance).
Authorisation
The participant gives authorization to AIMSCAP without any recourse or compensation to:
- Obtain information about his/her account’s transactions records; his/her account activity and other information (including but without limitation, account number); name and surname; email and other details of their participation in the campaign to run the campaign, monitor activity and transfer the prize to the winners.
- Show and announce publicly the participant’s name and surname, residence country, photo, account number, trading results, and other details of their participation in the campaign on the Website or any other publication for declaring the results of the campaign.
- Interview participants will collaborate with other participants to create video, audio, and other content, which will be published on the website, social media, and anywhere else for promotional purposes. Any interview, audio, video, text, and other materials created by AIMSCAP in respect to the campaign shall belong to AIMSCAP and be its intellectual property irrespective of whether they contain references to, images, or videos of participants or not.
Others
- AIMSCAP has the right to solely amend, interpret, or waive any rule or terms if such actions are undertaken in the best interests of the campaign.
- AIMSCAP reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any moment it deems fit, to disqualify any participant should AIMSCAP determine that the participant has violated the agreement and/or is engaging or has engaged in using trading strategies or activities designed intentionally to exploit errors, bugs, loopholes in price quotations, order execution, statement generation, charging of fees and commissions, funds transfer and/or other delays, disruption, failure or malfunction of any software, hardware, transmission or communication system or software.
- If any participant breaches these terms, regulating terms of the trading account or any other applicable to the campaign rules, such participant will be disqualified and AIMSCAP has the right to void the prize.
- The participant agrees to indemnify AIMSCAP and their affiliates and hold harmless from any claim, demand, expenses, or costs (including legal fees, fines, or penalties) incurred or suffered due to or arising out of the participant’s actions.
- AIMSCAP shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss, incurred by a participant during the campaign and for the results of the campaign.
- AIMSCAP shall not be responsible for any delays or failures in the acceptance or transmission of orders due to any failure of transmission, computers (software or hardware), or any other event that is beyond AIMSCAP’ reasonable control.
- In the event of any dispute or misinterpretation of these terms for the campaign, AIMSCAP shall resolve such disputes or misinterpretations and shall act in good faith and as deemed fit and proper. AIMSCAP’ decision is final.
- AIMSCAP reserves the right to change the campaign period or any other detail or aspect of the campaign and to suspend, postpone, or cease the campaign at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on the Website, and the participants will be considered to have accepted such changes as of the time the change notification is posted on the Website. The participants agree that AIMSCAP is not liable for any consequences of changes to the campaign under any circumstances.

- How to redeem the prizes?
- To achieve the targeted trading volume (lots) during the campaign and fill in the redemption form.
- How do I receive the prize money if I win?
- Prize money will be transferred to the Live trading account you used to participate in the campaign.
- Can I register more than one account?
- No, only one trading account per client can be registered for use in the campaign. Using more than one trading account for the campaign will result in automatic disqualification.
- What password should I use for trading on MT4?
- Your password will be automatically sent to you when you sign up.
- Where can I download the MT4 platform?
- Once you’ve registered, we’ll email you a link that includes your account details and MT4 download instructions.
